In Manitoba the Manitoba Mortgage Salesperson Course is the required first step to becoming a licensed mortgage salesperson. The course is approved for licensing as a sales person by the Manitoba Securities Commission (MSC). The Mortgage Professionals Canada mortgage salesperson course is delivered in an online format, and is based on the 5^th edition textbook introduction to the Canadian Mortgage Industry.

The salesperson course is roughly 40 hours online with a final in-person examination.
