To work in Saskatchewan as a broker, the Saskatchewan Mortgage Associate Course and the Saskatchewan Mortgage Broker Education Program are the only required courses for licensing by the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA).

Both courses are available through Mortgage Professionals Canada in an online format taking approximately 40-60 hours to complete. A final in-person examination is required for each.
